The Story Behind the Hay

Have you ever tried to find a horse gift that wasn't completely generic? There are plenty of stores selling equestrian equipment, but what about one dedicated to the love of horses — the humour, the joy, and the reality of horse care? That's exactly why I started HaythereHorseArt in March 2026.

I'm a lifelong horse and pony owner who got tired of the same old "Keep Calm and Ride On" mugs and clip-art t-shirts. I wanted gifts that actually make people laugh — conversation starters, the kind of stuff that makes your barn mates say, "where did you get that?"

So I started designing my own.

Every product in the store is created by someone who genuinely lives the equestrian life — the 5am feeds, the vet bills that make your eyes water, the unexplainable joy of a good horse moment. If you know, you know.

What we're about

Original designs. Every piece of artwork is created from scratch. You won't find these designs anywhere else.

Made to order. Each item is printed fresh when you order it — less waste, and more care in every product.

Built for horse folk. Not animal lovers in general (although you're very welcome!) — horse people specifically. The ones who have hay in places hay should never be.
