How Shipping Works

All products at Haytherehorseart are made to order - that means your item is printed and prepared fresh after you place your order.  Here is what to expect:

Production Time:  2-5 business days

Shipping Time:  3-7 business days after production (within the USA)

Total estimated delivery time: 5-12 business days from the date of your order.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped, so you can follow it's journey to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the USA only.  We're looking into expanding this in the future, we will let you know!

My order has not arrived? - What do I do?

 If you order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us with your order number and I will look into it straight away on reading the message.
