Our Returns Policy
As every item is made to order and printed specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
However, we absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund - no fuss, no drama.
Wrong Size?
Unfortunately, we can't offer exchanges on sizing. We strongly recommend checking our size guides, available on each product page, both visual and numerical guides, before ordering. If you are between sizes, we suggest going up.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production yet, we can cancel and refund you in full. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible, sorry.
